Flo-Bo student ministries is a group of imperfect people striving for perfection. We are aware that all have sinned and fallen short of the Glory of God as Romans 3:23 states, but that does not prevent us from striving to achieve that goal. We are not a complacent group. We always are trying to accomplish new goals and bring more souls closer to God. Our theme verse is Colossians 3:12-14. We understand that in order to bring others closer to God, we must have true love for one another. Through our relationships that we facilitate in our youth programs we hope to build unity in young people in the shoals area. When we love each other, individuals will know that we are disciples of Christ as John 13:35 states. Finally we strive to train our young people to be skilled swordsman with the word of God ready to defend the hope that is within them. 1 Peter 3:15 sets the standard for our bible classes, devotionals, and other various activities we implement in our program. Our hope throughout the youth program is that young people in our program can Grow Closer to God, Grow Closer to One Another, and to Becoming a soul winner!
Our youth are active in a number of activities. Upcoming events are communicated via our PowerPoint announcements, bulletin, a youth newsletter, and use of the Flo Bo Remind application.
